I’m a Christmas fanatic. I love the holiday season – the spirit, the weather, the traditions, the food. I usually start shopping in early summer, and by September, I’m usually done.
Not this year.
For some reason, the holidays have snuck up on me. So I’ve powered through the last week and completed about half of my shopping. I have a spreadsheet that I use where I enter purchases for each person, and it automatically calculates what I’ve spent and how much I have left in the budget. I even color-code each purchase as to status (Is it wrapped yet? Ordered, but not received? Not yet bought?).
None of that has anything to do with this post – just thought I’d share. 🙂
I like to do a few posts about unique gifts I’ve found. This is the first one – gifts for book lovers.
I have one of these, and I love it. I buy the gold foil seals from Avery, emboss them, and put them in all my books.
They have a lot of cool scents, like “Old Books,” and “Sunnyvale Library.” There’s even a “Jon Snow” scent.
